How far out do I need to book my calligraphy services?

This depends on the extent of the services you are requesting. Generally I recommend contacting me 2-3 months prior to your wedding or event for envelope addressing or place card/escort card service, and 4-6 months for any additional signage or paper goods.

I also offer rush service for a fee if you need your products within 2 weeks of the order date. Contact me for more information.

How can I pay?

I invoice through Quickbooks which accepts credit cards, apple pay, and google pay payments.

Can you mail my invitations for me?

Of course! A small fee plus postage will apply. I also have access to vintage stamp collections from local suppliers!

What do I need to do to get started?

Please send me a message via the contact form or to my direct email (hello@krkcalligraphy.com) with your project details and inspiration boards. I will tailor a custom quote directly for you. Once the quote is accepted a NON REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT & SIGNED CONTRACT are required for work to commence.

The deposit is nonrefundable because I need to purchase certain materials for your project. If you cancel the project for any reason, I still need to be able to cover the costs for any materials, my time for drafting the project, and any if not all completed work on the project.
